Cartão Virtual Unimed

Unimed has taken another important step to make customer service more practical, safe and sophisticated. Now Unimed customers in the State of Ceará (covering Unimed Ceará, Unimed Cariri and Unimed Sobral.) Will be able to create a virtual card that will act as a mirror of the physical card and will be used to perform their service in the accredited assistance network. After installing the application, the customer needs to perform a simple and quick registration that will allow its use through password and token validation, guaranteeing an additional layer of security in the entire process.

The Unimed Virtual Card makes transactions more secure, as a temporary token code is generated and passed to the authorization system. Check below some important information about the solution:

● the virtual card must be used in the service;

● the physical card is still valid normally;

● customers with a national plan who need to make calls outside the State of Ceará must carry the physical card and present it at the accredited service provider;

● the system automatically updates customer card information;

● the service token is generated every 30 seconds;

The Unimed virtual card appears to increase practicality in customer service without having the physical card in hand, incorporating a safer process.
